Team Stories
Celebrating Connection, Community and Shared Stories
These team illustration commissions bring together memories, reflections and stories from many people to create a shared artwork that honours a colleague, a team, an organisation or a collective journey. Each person’s contribution becomes part of a larger visual narrative, celebrating both what people share and what makes each individual unique.
These commissions are often created for:

Connections
Created for a team, this bespoke team illustration celebrated individuality, belonging and shared purpose.
Each flower, butterfly, leaf and feather represented a different quality, perspective or contribution. At the heart of the piece sat a hummingbird, symbolising presence, adaptability and connection.
The artwork was also divided into individual jigsaw pieces, allowing each person to hold a unique part of the whole while remaining connected to the wider story. Each jigsaw piece also contained details that did not appear in the original image. These represented individuality, acknowledging that belonging does not require sameness.
The finished artwork became a reminder that communities are strongest when every voice, strength and perspective is valued.
